Timberline Communications is looking for motivated individuals with experience installing cable and antenna systems on existing and new light poles, telephone poles and other structures throughout New England. Based out of our Canton, MA headquarters or Merrimack, NH.
Job Responsibilities
Antenna mounting and setting azimuth
Connector installation by all manufacturers
Installation of DC power and fiber optic cables
End of Day updates outlining progress
Operate a bucket truck in a safe manner
Ensure the bucket truck is cleaned and maintained
Qualifications
Experience installing, terminating, and testing all aspects of a wireless communication site.
Any mechanical or electrical experience is a bonus
Knowledge of grounding specifications
All potential hires must have a current valid driver's license and a DOT medical card.
All candidates must have all the required hand tools to perform job.
Must be self‑motivated and work independently.
Physical Demands / Environmental Conditions
Must be able to work in a bucket up to a height of 50ft.
Must be able to lift up to 80 lbs
Ability to work in all weather conditions
Additional Skillset
Previous experience operating a bucket truck (Preferred)
Education: High school diploma
