Monday through Friday after school (2 pm–8 pm); weekends available but not required.

Our team of BCBA and RBT professionals develop comprehensive ABA treatment plans to improve social, communication, adaptive living, and behavioral aspects of each client, with no limits on age, location, income, or disability.
Position Details As a Behavior Technician/Registered Behavior Technician, you will provide one‑on‑one ABA therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder, from the patient’s home, school, or community setting.
Responsibilities
Provide direct 1‑to‑1 ABA therapy in home and community environments
Follow individualized treatment plans shaped by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Implement behavior plans created by the BCBA
Collect data through observation and submit detailed session notes
Participate in training and team meetings
Collaborate with supervisors and peers
Areas of Focus
Language acquisition
Functional communication training
Social skills training
Daily living skills
Reductions in maladaptive behaviors
Community safety skills
Toilet training
Executive function training
Requirements
Must have current RBT certification
Experience working as a BT or RBT in Applied Behavior Analysis
High School Diploma (or equivalent) minimum educational requirement
At least 18 years of age
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Strong work ethic
Ability to obtain required certifications and training (e.g., First Aid)
Reliable transportation with a clear driver’s license
Pass a criminal background check, including FBI and child abuse clearances
