Salary $82,500/year
Opportunity As a Social Services Program Manager in Visalia, California, you’ll hire, train, supervise and evaluate an average of 5‑7 social workers who implement treatment plans for youth who struggle with behavioral and mental health issues. You’ll have a direct impact on the success of the program by training staff, mitigating client safety issues, supporting program compliance and evaluating staff’s ability and willingness to provide strength‑based trauma‑informed care. As part of the team‑based approach, you’ll participate in group supervision, staff meetings and have the ability to shadow those you supervise to provide in‑the‑moment modeling, coaching, and feedback. You will provide backup after‑hours support to social workers on a rotation basis.

Qualifications If you have a Master’s Degree in psychology, social work, or a related field, with a minimum of two years’ experience working with high‑risk youth and families, and 1 year of supervisory experience, we encourage you to apply today. Registration with BBS preferred.
