Client Operations Manager We’re looking for a

Client Operations Manager

to oversee day‑to‑day service delivery across multiple client locations. This role will require 25‑50% travel and will be based in one of the following locations: NYC, San Francisco, Houston, or Atlanta.

Salary: $100‑$110 K, with top performers eligible for a shareholder spot and equity.

Your mission is to manage host teams and client relationships across the country, ensuring high quality operations that align with client expectations.

Your legacy will be measured by sustaining client and host retention, driving growth, and raising the bar for workplace experience.

What You Are Responsible For

Team Leadership & Site Operations: Oversee host teams across multiple client locations, create a supportive culture, conduct site visits, and partner with People to hire talent.

Client Relationship Management: Serve as primary operational contact with client stakeholders, communicate consistently, and resolve issues.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track KPIs, prepare monthly/quarterly updates, and use data to inform improvement strategies.

Program Implementation & Process Improvement: Lead rollout of initiatives, enforce SOPs, brand guidelines, and compliance; collaborate cross‑functionally.

Who You Are – Baseline Expectations

5+ years in operations, hospitality, facilities, or client services, preferably multi‑site or field management.

3+ years managing full‑time team members with demonstrated motivation of high‑performing teams.

Experience as primary point of contact for multiple client stakeholders across time zones.

Budget management experience, P&L interpretation, and confidence in creating operational financial reports.

Familiar with or eager to learn about commercial real estate ecosystem, stakeholder understanding, and landlord priorities.
