Job Description: Jr. Project Manager (Contract)
Location:
100% Onsite in Seneca, SC (Open to candidates who can split time between Seneca and Greenville office)
Contract Duration:
6–12 months (Potential for full-time conversion after 6 months based on performance)

Role Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
Project Manager
to oversee multiple corporate initiatives, including branch expansion and regulatory compliance projects. This role is pivotal in ensuring projects are well‑defined, efficiently executed, and aligned with organizational goals. You will work closely with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams to manage timelines, resources, and deliverables.
As a key contributor, you will develop communication plans, monitor project progress, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and mitigate risks. Your ability to lead meetings, manage change, and maintain transparency with stakeholders will be essential to success.
Key Responsibilities
Complete annual review and summary of all company projects.
Record, edit, and distribute meeting notes to stakeholders.
Update and maintain project status in PM software and PWA.
Implement and manage change initiatives to meet project outputs.
Develop communication plans to keep senior management informed on status, risks, costs, delays, and milestones.
Assist in identifying project tasks and allocating resources effectively.
Ensure projects are well‑defined and issues are resolved promptly.
Develop, implement, and maintain project processes and flow charts.
Utilize PM skills to scope, coordinate, and track multiple simultaneous projects.
Manage corporate projects, including branch expansion and state regulation compliance.
Key Requirements
2+ years of Project Management or Project Coordination experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
Skilled in
Microsoft O365
and project management tools.
Proven experience leading process improvement and business strategy projects.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact with C‑level executives.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of business and personal information.
Excellent problem‑solving, critical thinking, and process improvement skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in financial services or consumer lending industry.
CAPM or PMP certification.
