Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 3p-11:30p

Georgetown Community Hospital.

Responsibilities
Perform essential functions, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Determine, coordinate, and supervise daily staffing assignments and levels.
Provide direction, orientation, training, coaching, and mentoring to staff; conduct performance evaluations and disciplinary actions.
Assess and ensure quality of services delivered, facilitate staff development programs, and enforce compliance with departmental and organizational policies.
Perform staff responsibilities as needed to fulfill required service levels.
Lead the handling and resolution of complex issues and complaints.
Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Serves both internal co‑workers and external customers, clients, patients, contractors, and vendors.
Accesses and works with sensitive and/or confidential information.
Has a comprehensive understanding of healthcare regulatory and compliance requirements (e.g., HIPAA) and knowledge of Business Office Standards.
Supervisory Responsibilities Lead the work of others who perform essentially the same work. May set priorities, schedule, and review work, but has no responsibility to hire, terminate, review performance, or make pay decisions.

Qualifications Education:
Associate's Degree in Radiology – preferred.
Certifications:
Current state‑accredited radiology technology certification (ARRT); BLS certification.
