Base pay range $60,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr

This role focuses on ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient plant operations while mentoring and supporting team members. Collaborate with technicians, contractors, and various departments to achieve operational, safety, and environmental goals.
Education & Experience:
Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or related field
Minimum 5 years in wastewater treatment or related field
At least 2 years in a supervisory role
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong leadership and communication skills
Experience in conflict management and employee relations
Proficiency in wastewater treatment in manufacturing environments
Knowledge of chemical processes and safety
Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Familiarity with laboratory practices and equipment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Essential Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage wastewater treatment teams across shifts
Ensure regulatory compliance and operational efficiency
Develop and maintain training materials and documentation
Lead equipment troubleshooting and preventive maintenance
Coordinate with engineering on system modifications
Identify cost-saving and improvement opportunities
Manage chemical procurement and hazardous waste activities
Promote safety, communication, and teamwork
