Job Details We are seeking a dynamic, passionate, and experienced Permanent Project Manager to join our growing team in the Construction industry. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a significant contribution to high‑profile construction projects. Our ideal candidate is highly motivated with a robust background in Construction Management, responsible for managing projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
Oversee planning and delivery of construction projects, ensuring all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Manage the project budget, including cost control and construction estimating.
Implement and manage automation and smart home technologies in construction projects.
Lead and manage a team of professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and teamwork.
Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure project success.
Manage contracts and procurement processes, ensuring all contracts are correctly administered and procurement is carried out efficiently.
Oversee site management, ensuring all work is carried out safely and in accordance with regulations.
Ensure all safety management procedures are followed, promoting a culture of safety within the team.
Manage new construction projects, ensuring they are delivered to the highest standards.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
Proven experience in Construction Management, including managing large‑scale projects from conception to completion.
Strong budget and cost control skills, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Experience implementing and managing automation and smart home technologies in construction projects.
Exceptional team leadership skills, with a proven ability to lead and inspire a team.
Strong strategic planning skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective strategic plans.
Proven experience in contract management and procurement.
Strong skills in construction estimating.
Proven experience in safety management within the construction industry.
Experience in site management, with a strong understanding of construction regulations.
Proven experience in managing new construction projects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
