Responsibilities
Enhance the value of the new and pre‑owned vehicle sales process through personalized Service Maintenance and Parts and Accessory consulting.
Greet guests immediately, in a courteous and friendly manner.
Contact guests using emails, text, and phone to encourage additional sales and ensure guest satisfaction.
Present the features and benefits of all service, parts and accessories that may meet guest needs.
Coordinate ordering, delivery, and installation of desired parts and accessories between parts, service and sales departments to meet the guest’s expectations.
Effectively communicate guest needs through verbal and written quotes.
Daily follow up with guests throughout the duration of their service visit.
Perform “active delivery” walk‑around – explain services performed, provide recommendations for future service, and ensure 100% guest satisfaction before taking payment.
Qualifications & Skill Requirements
Company‑paid training for new candidates.
Ability to use a computer.
Meet requirements for manufacturer certifications in product knowledge and technology.
Prior parts sales experience a plus but not required.
Excellent verbal & non‑verbal skills, listening skills, and ability to problem‑solve.
Present a professional and well‑groomed appearance.
