About the Role In this role, you’ll be the organizational heartbeat behind our care operations—building and managing staff schedules that keep our services running smoothly. You’ll coordinate between nurses, direct support professionals, and program managers to make sure every shift is covered and every client receives quality, person-centered care. What You’ll Do
Create and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly staff schedules across group homes and service sites
Coordinate medical, therapy, and behavioral health appointments
Communicate clearly with staff, families, and transportation teams to keep everyone on track
Adjust schedules quickly when last-minute changes arise
Support program managers in building person-centered schedules that meet client needs
Use electronic scheduling systems and EHR software to manage data accurately
Assist with audits, reporting, and quality assurance to keep services compliant
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree (Healthcare Administration, Human Services, or related field a plus)
2-5 years of experience in scheduling, administrative support, or care coordination (internships and practicum experience count!)
Excellent communication and organization skills
Comfortable with Microsoft Office and willing to learn new software
Understanding of confidentiality and HIPAA standards
Experience in IDD services, behavioral health, or human services
Familiarity with Medicaid documentation or electronic health records (e.g., Therap, Foothold AWARDS)
