About the Role We’re hiring a

Partnerships Lead

to build and scale U.S. growth for a global payments and commerce platform. This is the first BD hire in the U.S., reporting directly to the General Manager, and a critical part of next year’s commercial expansion.

What Client is Looking For

Experience of working with e-commerce marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Wayfair, Etsy, etc.). Strong network across U.S. eCommerce marketplaces is highly desirable.

5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances within eCommerce.

Strengthen relationships with existing and new eCommerce marketplace partners to drive partnership opportunities.

Act as the local contact point for marketplace partners, coordinating closely with HQ’s eCommerce solution team to strategize platform-level partnership.

Support sales enablement efforts (e.g., preparing RFP and sales materials), negotiate agreements, and develop co‑marketing campaigns.

Establish key success metrics for partnerships and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as number of merchants via partnership, conversion rates, and customer engagement.

Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.

What You’ll Do eCommerce Partnerships (50%) (Role focuses 50% on all eCommerce partnership activities.)

Leadership & Growth

Operate fully hands‑on as the first BD hire.

Help build the U.S. BD function over time.

Travel nationally to meet partners and drive growth.

What We’re Looking For

5+ years in Partnerships, BD, or Strategic Alliances.

Strong recent experience working in FinTech, payments, eCommerce, or financial services.

Proven success sourcing, negotiating, and scaling partnerships.

Comfortable working on your own and staying hands‑on in a fast‑moving scale‑up.

Strong communicator and relationship builder.

No language requirements; diverse backgrounds welcomed.

What’s On Offer

Base salary of up to $150K-$160K, plus

Up to $30K in commission.

5% bonus.
