Job Description
TV: Comprehensive assessment of TD's Capital Adequacy Process and Planning Program.
Resolution Planning: Outline how TD's U.S. Operations could be resolved in a rapid and orderly manner.
Recovery Planning: Address TD's financial contingency plans during and after severe financial stress.
Lead audit team, supervise and assign tasks as Auditor In Charge, review work papers, and draft audit reports.
Manage time and staffing budgets for upcoming audits.
Plan audits and coordinate with management regarding scope, status, and findings.
Provide on‑job training and supervise findings follow‑up.
Serve as subject‑matter expert in at least one discipline.
May participate in or lead special projects.
Offer feedback on staff performance and facilitate staff evaluations.
Update, revise, and improve existing audit procedures and programs.
Add value through consultative interactions with business line management.
Education & Experience
Undergraduate degree required.
5+ years of related audit experience required.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with a Global Systemically Important Bank (GSIB) or Category I‑III bank.
Experience in a second or third line of defense function.
Banking industry experience with at least one of Capital Management, Capital Stress Testing, or Recovery and Resolution Planning.
Experience designing or evaluating processes, risks, and controls.
Deep knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the Office suite.
