Position Purpose Manage strategic initiatives and reporting oversight for Centene’s Teledigital agency partnerships. Promote increased program efficiency, service levels, and value by capturing and monitoring performance, and then identifying opportunities for improvement and strategies to realize those opportunities. Plan, organize, monitor, oversee and lead multiple, concurrent resultant projects utilizing cross functional teams to deliver defined requirements and meet company strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
Identify opportunities to increase efficiency, improve service levels and to ensure regulatory compliance through enhanced operations
Develop strategies to realize improvement opportunities, and ensure organizational prioritization and resource alignment
Develop, deliver, and continuously improve reporting processes in collaboration with Operations, Compliance, and Legal teams
Ensure alignment of partner activities with internal policies and regulatory requirements
Prepare consistent, high-quality materials and messaging for external partners
Support other National Directors by providing strategic insights and standardized reporting tools
Partner with Sales Operations and other internal teams to align priorities, identify opportunities, and streamline processes
Collaborate with national partners to analyze and improve key performance metrics
Gather and interpret data to inform strategic decisions and enhance internal workflows
Utilize corporate and industry standard project management tools and techniques to effectively manage projects
Maintain detailed project documentation as needed including action items, issues lists and risk mitigation plans
Provide leadership and effectively communicate project status to all stakeholders, including executive summaries and presentations
Negotiate with project stakeholders to identify and secure resources, resolve issues, and mitigate risks
Lead cross-functional meetings with various functional areas to meet overall stakeholder expectations and company’s objectives
Provide functional and technical knowledge regarding overall program requirements and operations
Education & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, related field, or equivalent experience. • 5+ years project implementation, product or program management experience. • Sales, managed care or prescription benefit management experience preferred.
Pay Range $86,000.00 - $154,700.00 per year
Benefits Centene offers a comprehensive benefits package including competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives. Benefits may be subject to program eligibility.
