As a Seasonal Ski Supervisor, you will supervise the Rentals and Ski Check team and support the Manager during the busy winter season at Everline Resort & Spa. You will collaborate with leadership to design and deliver memorable activities for guests, owners, and the community.
About Everline Resort & Spa Located in California’s Olympic Valley, Everline Resort & Spa offers a premier mountain getaway at North Lake Tahoe. Ski‑in/ski‑out access to Palisades Tahoe, championship golf, relaxing spa treatments, and a wide range of recreational activities complement the resort’s sophisticated lodge and rugged surroundings.
On‑site dining includes casual Sandy’s Pub, breakfast Cascades, coffeehouse Bearshine Café, Asian‑inspired Iron Road Noodle House, and fine dining at Six Peaks Grille. Additional amenities include heated pools, a 150‑foot water slide, scenic hiking and biking trails, fly‑fishing, cross‑country ski centers, and a private ice‑skating rink available throughout the winter season.

Responsibilities
Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies and services.
Train team members to respond accurately to guest inquiries.
Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction.
Monitor cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas.
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of recreation or ski experience.
Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred: experience in a hospitality or resort environment.
Excellent communication skills and ability to provide clear directions.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
Regularly required to walk, talk, see, and hear.
Capable of walking or standing 90% or more of an 8‑hour shift; capable of frequently carrying, lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 50 lbs.
Requires both close and distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
Exposure to indoor and outdoor environments with moderate to high noise levels.
Typical equipment includes radios, ice resurfaces, cleaning supplies, handheld devices, phones, and computers.
Location and Pay South Lake Tahoe, CA – Wage Range: $24–$26/HR
