INABA FOODS (USA), INC. provides the following pay range for this role: $22.00/hr - $26.00/hr.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Review and process non-EDI and EDI purchase orders, timely and accurately to meet customer needs.
Oversee distribution of sample orders for internal and external customers, packing, sealing, and labeling for shipment using office tools.
Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports or exports, or customer issues.
Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics with business processes, such as customer sales, order management, accounting, or shipping.
Invoice data entry to QuickBooks.
Record shipment data, such as weight, dimensions, damages, discrepancies for reporting or recordkeeping purposes.
Regularly communicate with 3PL vendors.
Prepare export permits and orders for all Canadian purchase orders.
Adhere to all Company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and represent the company professionally.
Perform other additional duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
1–3 years of experience in warehousing, inventory control, import/export, and distribution of goods environment.
Adaptable and flexible, responsive and resourceful in a fast‑paced, quick‑turn business model.
Organized, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
Demonstrates knowledge and skills related to duties and responsibilities.
Proficient with data entry and Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
EDI (SPS Commerce) and QuickBooks experience a plus.
Japanese and English business level speaking and writing – a plus.
Ability to commute to the office daily.
