As an Inventory Control and Quality Assurance (ICQA) Team Member, you’ll support the operational teams and work with your ICQA Leader to resolve defects focused on inventory within stored locations. You will audit and resolve defects within an assigned service level agreement, research and document root causes, and perform weekly audits to drive inventory accuracy. You’ll use lean approaches, six sigma tools, and 5S techniques. You’ll correct inventory record inaccuracies and conduct follow‑up audits to prevent downstream order cancellations, while maintaining a safe workplace and proactively solving problems.
About You
2+ years prior work experience as a warehouse worker, operations technician, quality control technician, or similar warehouse operator.
Able to work independently and in a team environment.
Able to lift and carry merchandise weighing 35-45 lbs. frequently and up to 60 lbs. occasionally.
Ability to read, utilize matching skills and comprehend department/product documentation.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Able to operate computer systems with minimal direction after training.
Ability to research defects/issues and root cause the drivers of those defects.
Ability to navigate web‑based ICQA reporting and forms (such as Smartsheet) with minimal direction after training.
Ability to perform basic data entry and analysis in Excel or other web based forms.
Ability to be trained on powered equipment as needed.
