The group is seeking a
Project Executive
or
Director of Construction
to oversee large-scale
mixed-use developments
from preconstruction through delivery.
What you’ll do Provide executive oversight across multiple mixed-use projects (residential, retail, hospitality, office) Partner with development, design, and construction leadership on feasibility, budgets, and schedules Drive accountability across project teams, consultants, and GC partners Manage risk, cost controls, and delivery strategy at a portfolio level Serve as the senior decision-maker from early planning through close-out
What we’re looking for 12+ years in construction or development leadership Strong background in preconstruction, budgeting, and execution Proven ability to lead senior teams and external partners
