Offer Description
The project aims to investigate the impact that post-translational modifications of both structural and non-structural SARS-CoV-2 proteins may have on the immune response. Using pseudovirus-based approaches, the study will examine how individual mutations can influence the virus’s ability to interact with the immune system (e.g., HLA complexes, CD4⁺ and CD8⁺ T cells, antibody-secreting B cells), as well as how viral entry may affect cellular activity (e.g., transcriptome and intracellular RNA profiles, secretion of soluble factors).
