Job Description The Loader Operator I is responsible for operating heavy equipment and trucks, setting up equipment for auction in yards, and helping customers during and after auctions.

Responsibilities

Operate all types of heavy equipment and trucks.

Help set up equipment in the yard for auctions.

Assist customers in loading their equipment purchases and answer their questions related to the yard.

Actively support the RB Unreserved Commitment to Safety: ensuring everyone goes home safe each day by taking personal responsibility for your own safety as well as the safety of your team, co‑workers, and customers.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Experience operating heavy machinery.

Experience operating a large 36,000‑lb forklift is an asset.

Good spoken and written English is required.

Good computer skills and ability to learn new programs quickly.

Track record of working safely and helping others work safely.

Ability to relate well with customers and team members.

Team orientation with the ability to work independently when needed.

Organized and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

High level of attention to detail.
