Bilingual Procurement Specialist
Type Full‑Time | Direct Hire
Location On‑site – Arizona
Schedule Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Pay Range $75,000–$80,000 DOE
Responsibilities
Support procurement activities for construction and engineering projects, including purchase order creation, tracking, and follow‑up.
Coordinate with domestic and overseas suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and services.
Communicate with vendors and internal project teams regarding pricing, availability, lead times, and order status.
Maintain accurate procurement records, documentation, and supplier files.
Assist with sourcing new vendors and collecting and comparing quotes to support purchasing decisions.
Work closely with engineering, project management, operations, and accounting teams to align procurement needs with project timelines.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with replenishment planning as needed.
Support basic contract documentation and ensure compliance with internal procurement procedures.
Assist with resolving delivery issues, discrepancies, or invoice‑related questions.
Provide general administrative and coordination support related to procurement and supply chain operations.
Qualifications
Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese and English (required).
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
1–2 years of procurement, purchasing, or administrative experience (preferred; open to strong entry‑level candidates).
Experience supporting construction, engineering, or project‑based environments is a plus.
Strong communication and follow‑up skills, especially in a cross‑cultural environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; ERP system experience is a plus.
Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, on‑site setting.
Comfortable working fully on‑site during standard business hours.
