Lead and coordinate Oral Care projects (Waterfall model). Monitor project progress and coordinate corrective action as needed to secure on-time and in-scope delivery. Maintain project documentation and report status, key timings, issues & risks. Maintain quality communication with all functions engaged in the project and follow-up coordination. Define project scope with Brand Team. Manage project timeline and critical path. Manage cross-functional project team and follow-up coordination. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Execute and follow-up project timelines for development & commercialization of new products & relaunches. Lead project implementation communication (updates / follow-ups / regular meetings) with cross-functional teams and hubs. Coordinate AW briefing process with hubs where minor changes are required. Work closely with hubs to consolidate commercial inputs and volumes for Launch Preparation phase. Our requirements
Very good organizational & communication skills. Project management experience in New Product Development within FMCG organization – essential. Ability to direct and work cross functionally. Ability to adapt and deal with ambiguity. Ability to align different stakeholders. Experience with Smart Sheet. Previous experience in Google tool environment.
