Professional Yard Driver
Location: Oconomowoc, WI 53066
Pay Base pay: $22.00/hr.
Pay increase after 90 days and 1 year based on performance/attendance.

About the Job A Professional Yard Driver is responsible for safely moving and backing semi‑trailers at a major distribution center, ensuring smooth operations.
Responsibilities
Safely maneuver 53’ semi‑trailers by backing, dropping, pulling trailers to/from dock doors, and parking them onsite.
Enter and exit switcher truck multiple times an hour.
Place and remove wheel chocks and Salvo locks, lift and open doors.
Follow safety procedures.
No loading/unloading of merchandise.
Shift Schedule Tuesday‑Friday: 4 PM–2 AM (4 P‑2A)
