Plant Manager – Chemical Manufacturing
We’re hiring a
Plant Manager
to lead daily operations at a chemical manufacturing facility in the Chattanooga, TN area. This role owns
safety, quality, production, cost, and people leadership , ensuring the plant operates efficiently and in full compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead site operations, maintenance, engineering, and production teams
Own plant KPIs: safety, quality, productivity, on-time shipping, and budget
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency
Oversee maintenance planning, staffing, and plant improvements
Qualifications
BS in Chemical Engineering or related field or 10+ years of chemical plant leadership experience
Proven experience leading operations in a chemical or regulated manufacturing environment
Strong safety mindset, leadership skills, and business acumen
