Inspect raw material and/or parts, audit production practices and processes, and report on non‑conformances. Use basic to advanced measurement instruments to complete work and may perform basic root cause analysis. Key Accountabilities
Accurately inspect raw materials and products visually and with measurement instruments as required and according to work instructions. Segregate non‑conforming parts or material. Complete required documentation for work performed. Enter work results into appropriate databases. Perform final inspection to reconcile outgoing shipments, as required. Participate in identifying causes of non‑conformance. Work directly on the warehouse on or around heavy machinery. Meet TKMNA Employee Attributes / Competencies. Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent. At least 1 year of experience in a Quality Inspection position. Ability to read and write English and perform basic math problems. Experience using basic measurement instruments (tape measure, scales, gauges). Ability to learn and correctly use additional measurement instruments (such as calipers, micrometers, and others as required). Solid proficiency with computer skills to complete data entry and other report requirements. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to accurately inspect all required material, commodities, and/or processes. Effective communication skills and ability to train others. Ability to complete a high volume of work correctly and efficiently. Safety Mindset. Preferred Requirements
