Position Overview eDiscovery Analytics Lead – full‑time position in the Legal Department. As a Lead, you will use your legal experience to support a large federal agency, providing electronic discovery technical support and assisting with strategic and legal aspects using Relativity.

Key Responsibilities

Perform analysis, development, and implementation of processing approaches for electronic files.

Consult with attorneys and support staff for conforming to ESI specifications, and participate in teleconferences with co‑counsel, client agencies, and opposing counsel upon attorney request.

Ensure that incoming and outgoing productions are made pursuant to the applicable ESI specifications, and provide case attorneys with detailed notices of deficiencies when identified.

Conduct advanced analytics in Relativity.

Create, troubleshoot, and repair Active Learning projects in Relativity.

Provide input on technology options to respond to specific discovery needs.

Maintain and consistently apply standard procedures for electronic discovery and litigation support projects across the case lifecycle.

Generate statistical reports on collection, filtering, processing, review, and production.

Stay abreast of emerging electronic discovery litigation support technology and processes.

Maintain current knowledge of available software applications in one or more areas of expertise.

Contribute to regular briefings on new technology and process improvements related to electronic discovery.

Generate custom PowerShell scripts.

Create and support Case Map / Text Map databases.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience providing eDiscovery services and litigation support on complex and large cases involving sophisticated eDiscovery challenges.

Thorough knowledge of the litigation discovery process and the EDRM workflow.

Advanced knowledge of Relativity (front‑end and back‑end).

Demonstrated ability to generate complex PowerShell scripts.

Advanced hands‑on experience with Active Learning.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Detailed planning and organizational skills with a thorough understanding of processes at each stage of the eDiscovery lifecycle.

Prior knowledge and experience managing eDiscovery projects and related technologies.

Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet deadlines.

Team‑player capable of managing complex relationships with all stakeholders.

Strong organizational, communication, detail‑oriented, judgment‑making, and independent work skills.

Undergraduate degree required; law degree, technical certification, or other relevant graduate degree strongly preferred.

Must be a United States Citizen.

Desired Additional Qualifications

Knowledge of performing advanced searches in Relativity, generating search indexes, and setting up workflows, permissions, and Case Dynamics.

Experience writing scripts for workflow improvements, utilities, and/or data manipulation.

Ability to generate complex productions out of Relativity.

In‑depth hands‑on experience with Case Map and Text Map.

Ability to obtain Public Trust security clearance.
