Our head office and logistics center are located in the Netherlands (Haaksbergen). We have sales offices in Belgium, Germany (2), Great Britain, Austria, and Denmark. Business Development Engineer What will you be doing? As a Business Development Engineer, you will be responsible for your own customer group in Belgium/Luxembourg/France. You will translate customer requirements into the perfect product choices from our Texim Europe range. You will lead projects from the concept phase to production and act as the technical go‑to person for customers during this process, supported by a team of internal product experts. You will form a tandem with your immediate colleagues, maintain direct or indirect contact with manufacturers, provide support at trade fairs, and expand our customer base. In addition, you will ensure that you are always up to date with the latest developments in our product portfolio. Your efforts will contribute directly to the growth of Texim Europe and ongoing customer satisfaction.
Other tasks:
Managing and monitoring projects;
Preparing and following up on quotations;
Proactively informing customers about changes, conditions, and opportunities;
Monitoring budgets, turnover, margins, and costs per customer;
Clear internal and external communication;
Supervising service and complaint handling;
Keeping customer contacts up to date in the CRM system;

Your profile:
Completed bachelor's degree, or extensive experience, preferably in Electronics/Computer Science, with a strong interest in Embedded Computing/display & touch/Wireless and battery technologies.
A strong network based on previous experience is a big plus.
Proactive, enthusiastic, and independent.
Excellent communication skills and a sense of humor.
Good command of Dutch, English, and French.
