Warehouse Associate
– Fort Lauderdale, FL

About The Role This is an onsite role based in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The ideal candidate has 1+ years of experience in warehousing/logistics, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Key Responsibilities
Receiving, cycle counting, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping parts
Cycle counting inventory according to requirements
Processing all inbound and outbound shipments in SAP (WMS)
Maintaining warehouse supplies and tools
General housekeeping of warehouse area
Supporting local transportation requests
Operating forklifts (Preferred)
Loading/unloading trucks (Preferred)
Performing other warehouse duties as needed
Skills & Qualifications
Proficient in Word, Outlook, Excel, WMS
Experience with SAP and Navision ERP or WMS (Advantage)
Highly motivated with initiative to improve warehouse processes
Strong problem‑solving skills
Well‑organized and detail‑oriented
Excellent communication and cooperation skills
Team player attitude internally and externally
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
Education: High school diploma required; Associate degree preferred or equivalent experience
Minimum 1 year of experience in Logistics, Warehousing, and/or WMS
Mobile Scanner Device experience (Preferred)
Physical & Mental Demands
Vision: Close, Distance, Depth, Color Perception (Red, Green, Amber)
Hearing/Listening and Clear Speech
Dexterity: Hand and Finger
Ability to mount/dismount forklift/truck
Pushing, pulling, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling
Lifting: 40 lbs, 5 times per shift
Carrying: 25 lbs, 5 times per shift
Driving (local/over the road)
Ability to bend, squat, sit, and stand for prolonged periods
Climbing and maintaining balance
Work Environment
Works alone and with others
Verbal and face‑to‑face contact
Inside and outside environments
Exposure to heat, cold, noise, mechanical/electrical equipment, pressurized equipment, moving objects, high places, fumes/odors, hazardous materials, dirt/dust
Eligibility Requirements
Candidates for regular U.S. positions must be a U.S. citizen, national, or an alien admitted as permanent resident, refugee, asylee with valid work permit or temporary resident under 8 U.S.C. 1160(a) or 1255a(1).
