The Role
Supervises, assigns, coordinates, and evaluates semi‑skilled and skilled trades personnel according to skill, experience, and job knowledge.
Supervises and trains employees to improve quality and quantity work performed.
Recommends training to enhance skill and productivity of employees and assists in development of training procedures.
Breaks broad strategies into practical action plans and ensures employees are trained to perform those plans.
Responsible for compliance with all technical aspects of the job, including adherence to drawings, procedures, etc.
Responsible for manufacturing, installation, operation, testing, and process operations with significant financial impact on the company’s performance.
Supervises qualified trades staff; monitors job and budget performance for all shifts.

Must Have
BS/Apprentice OR High School and 6 years related Trade experience.
