Service Advisor Responsibilities
Ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
Drive the sale of technicians' time to meet the department's sales forecast.
Prioritize required services and provide options upon request.
Keep customers informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes.
Ensure the customer has a positive dealership experience.

Service Advisor Qualifications
1-3 years of automotive service advising experience.
Experience in CDK strongly preferred.
Strong work ethic and good work history.
Excellent communication skills.
Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, capable of passing a criminal background check and a pre-employment drug screen.
