What You’ll Do
Execute and follow the dealership’s proven sales process
Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, needs analysis, vehicle presentation, delivery, and follow‑up
Professionally present and demonstrate Toyota vehicles and features
Monitor, review, and manage daily inventory reports
Develop and implement strategies to grow market share and personal performance
Collaborate with sales leadership on monthly goals and performance plans
Maintain dealership standards for CSI, gross average, and monthly unit volume
Stay current on Toyota products, certifications, and market trends
Effectively utilize CRM tools to manage customer relationships and pipelines
What We’re Looking For
Proven automotive sales experience (Toyota experience strongly preferred)
Prior sales training and a strong track record of success
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
Self‑motivated, professional, and team‑oriented mindset
Familiarity with CRM software
