The Opportunity The Production Team Member is an entry level position to learn the processes of manufacturing and the different machines used in the process.
Shift: 2nd
Pay $16.94 per hour
How You Will Impact Smurfit WestRock
Pushing Stock.
Stacking off from the machines.
Off load corrugated from the machines.
Assist operators and apprentices as needed.
Responsible for the overall Safety and cleanliness of equipment and area.
Work in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Overtime is required.
Perform other duties as assigned.
What You Need To Succeed
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent Attendance Record and solid work history with good tenure.
Excellent safety record.
A great work ethic!
Available to 1st shift.
Strong focus on Quality.
Maintain housekeeping excellence - maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Must be able to lift, push, walk, stand, and bend throughout a shift.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
