What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Serve as the primary relationship lead for a portfolio of strategic Zillow Premier Agents

Deliver performance reviews and data‑backed recommendations to partners

Champion the adoption of Zillow’s integrated tools and systems

Analyze lead conversion and partner behavior using Salesforce and BI tools

Provide insights and coaching to partners to improve their business processes

What is Required (Qualifications):

Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, real estate consulting, sales enablement, or B2B client success

Strong background in real estate, proptech, or performance‑based partner programs

Ability to influence without authority and challenge established thinking

Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce and Tableau

Excellent communication skills tailored for diverse audiences

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience working independently in a field‑based role with frequent travel

Proven track record of using data and insights to drive business improvement

Proactive and analytical mindset focused on enhancing partner and consumer outcomes
