D25102 - BFD Inventory Control Coordinator/Analyst Location: Tulsa, OK

Employment type: Full time, 11 pm – 7 am (3rd shift)

Salary: $41,600.00 – $45,000.00

Description At Bama, the Warehouse Dock Coordinator/Analyst is expected to oversee the daily interface and resolution of D365 processes regarding raw materials and finished goods. This position will assist the Warehouse Leadership Team focusing on the overall process and accountabilities of job responsibilities in the department and shift related to D365. The position provides real‑time, hands‑on daily support, including but not limited to data entry, scanning on the dock, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

Able to complete the certification process for Bulk Receiving, Line Support, and Shipping/Receiving.

Onsite (dock) data entry of product, label, and shipping information to facilitate on‑time shipping schedules.

Real‑time pallet scanning using scan guns at the dock workstation.

Troubleshoot D365 issues and collaborate with Warehouse leadership to resolve them.

Assist and facilitate D365 training for your team.

Support Production Analysts, Finance, QA, and Purchasing with updates, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.

Schedule appointments with outside carriers by phone/email and enter them into the automated appointment scheduling program.

Ensure all paperwork is correctly filled out and processed.

Review COA data to confirm raw materials meet specifications before acceptance.

Follow quality standards and know whom to contact when a process fails.

Maintain GMP for yourself and others in the work area.

Identify, correct, and improve potential safety items for human and food safety.

Participate in accident investigations and complete follow‑up reporting.

Lead or participate in plant initiatives such as safety programs, quality audits, and productivity or training.

Understand manufacturing guidelines for food safety, security, and sanitation.

Work overtime to cover calls and vacations.

Maintain daily housekeeping of the warehouse.

Qualifications and Experience

High School diploma or GED required.

Understanding of warehouse guidelines for food safety and sanitation.

Computer skills in D365, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Email.

Experience with sit‑down and stand‑up forklift operation.

Experience with inventory control process.

Demonstrated problem‑solving ability.

Proven safety record in past work history.

Knowledge of Bulk Receiving, Line Support, and Shipping/Receiving.

Ability to schedule appointments and maintain the D365 appointment system.

Understand and maintain FIFO system for raw materials and finished goods.

Perform inventory cycle counts and identify solutions for continuous improvement. Research missing or misplaced pallets.

Coordinate and plan with customer service, outside logistics, and Bama facilities on daily and weekly transfers.

Good customer service skills.

Identify, correct, and improve potential safety items (human and food).

Participate and lead plant safety initiatives.

Perform and lead product quality checks and make necessary corrections.

Understand and use measurement systems like SPC, charts, Six Sigma training and tools.

Submit to all assessments and testing, including math/reading test and EQ assessment testing.

Effective communication, listening, leading, teamwork, and building relationships across departments.
