What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Conduct diagnostic reviews of instructional practices and coaching systems at district and campus levels
Develop actionable plans for HQIM implementation and instructional improvement
Deliver professional development aligned to adult learning principles and facilitate learning with the curriculum
Monitor progress using student work and observation data to track implementation success
Contribute to broader projects by developing training materials and conducting analyses
What is Required (Qualifications)
Texas residency, preferably in San Antonio, Austin, Dallas, or Houston
Availability for required January-February training
At least 7 years of pre‑K through 12th‑grade experience, including 5+ years of teaching and 3+ years of campus leadership
Deep understanding of HQIM design principles and experience with coaching or supporting district‑level leaders
Strong communication skills and ability to produce high‑impact written materials
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Expertise in English language arts or mathematics
Experience planning and facilitating adult learning that incorporates collaboration and active practice
Prior certification as a Bluebonnet Math and/or ELA Product Advisor
