Shift Coordination: plan and support the shift's activities efficiently, resolve issues, and make crucial decisions when a manager is absent.
Performance Management: uphold quality and safety standards, adjust manpower according to production needs, and ensure adherence to processes.
Building Relationships: utilize your interpersonal skills to connect with the team, and offer coaching and development opportunities.
Organizational Leadership: maintain time and attendance accuracy, manage your projects, and exhibit excellent problem‑solving skills.
Technological Proficiency: use relevant technology like SAP effectively for system entry and accuracy.
