Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site position for a Journeyman Electrician located in St. Louis, MO. The Journeyman Electrician will be responsible for performing electrical installations, maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting tasks. Day‑to‑day activities include repairing and replacing electrical systems, diagnosing technical issues, reading and interpreting blueprints or technical diagrams, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and collaborating with team members to complete various residential and commercial electrical projects efficiently and safely.
Qualifications
Expertise in electricity and electrical work, with a strong ability to apply theoretical and practical knowledge effectively.
Experience in maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of electrical systems to ensure safe and efficient functionality.
Familiarity with electrical engineering principles and their application in residential and commercial settings.
Physical fitness for performing hands‑on tasks, and attention to detail for executing work safely and accurately.
Valid Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent certification is required.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics, plans, and technical documentation is essential.
Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Prior experience in residential and commercial electrical projects is highly valuable.
