Qualifications

Minimum three (3) years of telecommunications/wireless construction experience

General knowledge of Outside Plant Construction techniques (aerial & underground) for SCS

Experience with Small Cell Construction, Node and Design techniques

Familiarity with test equipment and techniques for performing OTDR, PIM, and SWEEP

General knowledge of NESC, NEC and OSHA standards
