Full Time - Facility Services - Maintenance Specialist - Corporate
Come join the Weigand-Omega Team for this exciting opportunity. We are looking to add a Maintenance Specialist with our Facility team. Maintenance Specialist performs necessary repairs and preventive maintenance throughout the entire property. Responsible for maintaining cleaned and repaired condition of the property interiors, exteriors, and site using materials and equipment and following manufacturer's directions for same. Continually strives to increase his/her working knowledge of the property. Knowledge, Abilities and Other Qualities
The employee shall perform his/her duties using standard levels of productivity and dependability, ensuring completion in a timely and zero-defect manner
Job requires company-approved attire with identification badge in sight
Must be honest, trustworthy, enthusiastic, and team/project oriented
The employee must be customer service oriented and genuinely support and promote good resident/tenant relations and service
The employee must have the ability to work independently, a willingness to learn, and good communication skills and be willing to participate fully in staff meetings and designated training programs
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
A Journeyman’s or master’s license in one or more of the following fields: HVAC mechanical, electrical, or plumbing
EPA Universal Certification (please attach a copy)
Must have 4 years of verifiable experience in apartment, commercial, or other related industry
