Qualifications
Experience managing ground‑up municipal projects, and/or K-12 school renovations, in the $10M–$30M range
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate subcontractors, field teams, and stakeholders
Knowledge of construction technology platforms (Procore, Bluebeam, etc.)
Commitment to safety, quality, and schedule adherence
Key Responsibilities
Lead day‑to‑day field operations for K-12 and municipal construction projects
Manage subcontractors, field staff, and all on‑site activities
Maintain project schedules and communicate updates to project management
Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality requirements
Review drawings, specifications, and submittals for field accuracy
