Job Summary Responsible for overseeing and coordinating maintenance activities for plant equipment and machinery. Ensures reliable operations through effective planning, supervision, troubleshooting, and technical support.
Key Responsibilities
Implement maintenance and reliability programs (PM, TPM, 5S).
Train engineers and technicians on maintenance procedures, safety practices, and lockout/tagout.
Analyze breakdowns and execute corrective and preventive maintenance plans.
Develop local alternatives for imported spare parts and support vendor development.
Ensure availability of maintenance parts and assist in equipment upgrades to improve efficiency.
Manage SAP maintenance activities and promote OSHA safety standards.
Supervise maintenance teams in equipment installation, troubleshooting, and electrical/mechanical repairs.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
Strong communication, professionalism, and leadership skills.
High dependability with a strong focus on safety.
Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Electrical/Electronics (required).
5–10 years in maintenance or related technical roles.
Advanced PLC troubleshooting and industrial networking skills.
Proficiency in HMI/SCADA systems.
Strong knowledge of motor controls, VFDs, and electrical schematics.
Skilled in spreadsheet and word‑processing software.
Ability to interpret technical manuals, drawings, and regulations.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
Able to lift up to 25 lbs and work safely around machinery and electrical systems.
