As a Graduate Civil Engineer, you will join a collaborative and growing team where you’ll be exposed to a range of civil engineering projects. You’ll support planning and design efforts, contribute to technical analyses, and work with senior staff to deliver creative, people-focused solutions to clients. Responsibilities
Participate in the collection and analysis of data to support project development Perform design calculations and investigative analyses to complete assigned tasks Assist in the preparation of plans, specifications, cost estimates, and supporting documents Use CAD software (AutoCAD or MicroStation) to develop design drawings Review project plans and documentation for technical accuracy and conformance to standards Help schedule and coordinate tasks to meet project timelines Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to design reviews Maintain organized project files and design documentation Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Environmental Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field Experience working in AutoCAD or MicroStation Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification preferred Internship or co-op experience in civil engineering strongly preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Strong communication and organizational skills Willingness to learn and grow in a collaborative team environment Benefits
