Blue Seal Boiler Operator – 3rd Shift Our client is growing their operations in Passaic County and seeks an experienced Blue Seal Boiler Operator for the 3rd Shift team. Hold a valid Boiler Operator certification, have manufacturing experience, and seek a stable company with excellent benefits and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain high‑pressure boilers and associated equipment in full compliance with state and local regulations.

Monitor boiler performance, conduct routine tests, and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal efficiency and safety.

Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs on boilers, compressors, pumps, and other mechanical systems.

Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions promptly.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inspection logs.

Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to support continuous plant operations.

Assist with additional mechanical tasks as assigned.

Adhere to all safety protocols and actively contribute to a safe work environment.

Qualifications

Valid Blue Seal Boiler Operator’s License (required).

Demonstrated experience operating and maintaining boilers in an industrial setting.

Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to repair and maintain diverse plant equipment.

Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.

Solid understanding of safety procedures, including lockout/tagout and OSHA standards.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and on‑call assignments.

Experience in HVAC, electrical systems, or welding.

Background in manufacturing or production environments.

Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
