We are seeking an experienced
Commercial Electrician
who takes pride in doing clean, code-compliant work and can confidently operate on active commercial construction sites. This role performs installation, wiring, troubleshooting, and service tasks on a wide range of commercial electrical systems. Candidates must be reliable, safety-minded, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Requirements Key Responsibilities Commercial Installation & Construction
Install, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical systems in commercial buildings (retail, restaurant, office, hospitality, tenant improvements, and multi-family)
Rough-in, trim-out, and final installation of electrical systems and lighting
Install distribution equipment: panels, breakers, disconnects, transformers, switches, etc.
Run, bend, and install conduit (EMT, PVC, and flex) to commercial standards
Pull, terminate, and label wiring for power, lighting, and specialty systems
Read and interpret electrical plans, blueprints, riser diagrams, and jobsite markups
Safety, Quality, & Compliance
Ensure all installations comply with NEC, local code requirements, and jobsite safety rules
Maintain safe work practices and proper use of PPE and lockout/tagout procedures
Conduct quality checks to ensure systems are installed correctly and functioning
Customer & Team Collaboration
Work professionally with general contractors, project managers, inspectors, and other trades
Communicate clearly with leadership about project progress or field challenges
Train or mentor apprentices when needed to support team development
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of commercial electrical experience
(required)
Strong skillset in conduit bending, circuit installation, and commercial rough-in/trim
Ability to read and interpret construction documents
Proficient with electrical and hand tools (wire strippers, benders, voltmeters, etc.)
Solid understanding of NEC code requirements and jobsite safety protocols
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to problem-solve in the field
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Must pass background check
