Overview
Our client, a well respected and growing Specialty Chemical company, is looking for a Chemist to perform quality control testing on materials and products within a regulated environment. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Chemist to continue their career in an independent lab based role. Pay: Starting at $28.00/hr. Responsibilities
Conduct analytical testing per established procedures using laboratory instrumentation and wet chemistry methods.
Calibrate, maintain, and verify readiness of laboratory equipment.
Provide in-process testing support and ensure clear communication between shifts.
Lead OOS investigations and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
Support method optimization, troubleshooting, and specification updates.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related field and 2+ years of laboratory experience.
Familiarity with GMP regulations preferred.
Hands‑on experience with one of the following: GC, GC‑MS, HPLC, titrations, etc.
Schedule 12‑hour schedule (Day and night shift available)
