Maintenance Mechanic
to keep our production running smoothly! If you're hands‑on, thrive in a fast‑paced environment, and enjoy troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining machinery, we want you on our team.
What You’ll Do Equipment Maintenance & Repair
Perform preventative maintenance on machinery, motors, pneumatic tools, and conveyor systems.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Read manuals and work orders to complete maintenance and repairs.
Diagnose issues, replace or repair parts, and ensure proper functionality.
Conduct inspections to maintain product quality and smooth operations.
Machine Setup & Operations
Set up, troubleshoot, and perform scheduled preventative maintenance.
Handle emergency or unscheduled repairs as needed.
Work with various hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment.
Fabrication & Welding
Perform MIG and TIG welding based on blueprints and layout specifications.
Inspect and repair welds to meet technical standards.
Prepare, construct, and finish welds with precision.
Safety & Compliance
Follow OSHA Safety and Health regulations.
Maintain calibration records for test equipment.
Report safety concerns, faulty operations, or defective materials.
Keep work areas clean and organized.
What We’re Looking For
Self‑Starter – Works independently with minimal supervision.
Technical Know‑How – Knowledge of inspection methods, troubleshooting, and documentation.
Manufacturing Experience – Familiarity with production environments.
Strong Communicator – Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Dependable & Detail‑Oriented – Meets deadlines, maintains attendance, and follows through.
Flexible & Adaptable – Thrives in a changing environment and willing to work extended hours when needed.
