Maintenance Mechanic I responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining machinery and mechanical/electrical equipment such as motors, conveyor systems, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, production machines, boilers, pumps, liquid fillers, packaging equipment, material handling equipment, bulk delivery equipment, and blending/mixing systems. Shift & Schedule

3rd Shift; 9pm-5:30am – flexibility to work OT as needed. Position Responsibilities

Observes equipment to ensure OEM standard or production satisfaction. Analyzes mechanical, pneumatic, electrical problems and makes repairs through adjustments, defective parts replacement, or fabrication. Answer maintenance calls timely and assists others in troubleshooting. Performs routine PMs, repairs, rebuilds, and modifications on all assigned equipment. Wire moderately complex control circuits. Performs electronic component replacement, substitution, set-up, and calibration. Fabricate, repair, and install hangers and all types of piping, including hot/cold water, steam, process, and condensate. Weld various types of metals. Machine most metals, plastics, and composites. Replicate minor pieces for the repair or replacement of parts on equipment. Complete size changeovers, make adjustments, and troubleshoot liquid fillers and packaging equipment. Identify problems and complete repairs with minimal downtime or supervision. Troubleshoot 3ph 480V motors and VFDs. Complete required paperwork associated with repairs or calibration. Complete Work Orders assigned to them or their department. Provide coverage and assistance as needed throughout facility to meet production schedules and equipment needs. Ensure work activities meet the highest standards for quality, safety and compliance with legal and food safety requirements, focusing on continuous improvement. Follow company policies & procedures and GMP’s. Maintain high safety awareness for an accident‑free workplace. Report unsafe or hazardous work conditions or safety‑related issues to Management. Total Rewards

Compensation: $31.69/hr at start; $33.33/hr after 6‑month anniversary. Shift premium: $1/hr starting at 1PM. Benefits

1 year maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. 1 year of experience troubleshooting 3‑phase (480V) circuits, motor starters, controls, and electronic circuit boards. Lift, push, and pull 50 lbs repeatedly, walking and standing for long periods. Company Overview
