Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Service Technician based in Anaheim, CA. The Service Technician will perform the installation, repair, and maintenance of overhead doors, gates, loading dock equipment, and access control systems. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing issues, providing field service, and maintaining a high standard of customer service by ensuring client needs are met efficiently and professionally. Technicians must maintain tools, uphold safety standards, and ensure customer satisfaction with all completed work.
Qualifications
Strong skills in maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting to handle installations and resolve service issues effectively
Field service experience with a proven ability to work independently and manage on‑site repairs
Excellent customer service skills to foster positive client relationships and deliver high‑quality service
Familiarity with safety procedures and a commitment to following OSHA guidelines
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel to job sites as needed
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications in repair and maintenance are a plus
Previous experience in the overhead door or loading dock equipment industry is an advantage
