Florida is the second‑largest woodworking market in the US, with over 4,000 potential workshops. We are seeking an entrepreneurial, autonomous Sales Representative to tap into this massive potential and build a lucrative territory from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development:
Execute a proactive hunter strategy through active prospecting, cold calling, and networking to generate leads and build a robust pipeline.
Strategic Territory Management:
Identify and target opportunities among thousands of potential prospects (cabinets, woodworking shops) across the region.
Technical Sales & Demos:
Conduct on‑site product demonstrations and collaborate with the technical team to select the right catalogue solutions for clients.
Brand Representation:
Represent LTC at trade shows to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and monitor industry trends.
Client Partnership:
Investigate technical challenges to ensure client satisfaction and maintain long‑term relationships.
The Ideal Profile
Experience:
5 to 10 years of sales experience, ideally in technical coatings.
Industry Knowledge:
Experience selling to woodworkers/cabinet makers or knowledge of wood coatings/paint applications is a strong asset.
Language:
Fluent English is imperative; Spanish is an asset.
Soft Skills:
Curious, ambitious, dynamic, and able to work without micromanagement.
