RWC Group is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Heavy‑Duty Technician with advanced diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities to join our team. Base Pay Range $20.00/hr - $50.00/hr

What You’ll Do
Perform advanced diagnostics on International, Cummins, and all‑makes equipment.
Troubleshoot electrical, aftertreatment, and engine control systems using OEM software.
Accurately document findings and recommendations.
Collaborate with Service Advisors and Managers to ensure fast, accurate repairs.
Mentor junior technicians and contribute to a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of heavy‑duty truck repair experience.
Proven diagnostic experience with Cummins Insite, NavKal, and related OEM tools.
Strong understanding of electrical schematics, aftertreatment systems, and drivability issues.
CDL preferred (or willing to obtain).
A positive attitude, attention to detail, and commitment to doing the job right.
