Standard Heating & Air Conditioning has an immediate opening for an experienced,
Residential
HVAC Service Technician
to join our team! Service Technicians are responsible for diagnosing, repairing, & maintaining residential HVAC equipment including furnaces, air conditioners, boilers, heat pumps, humidifiers, & indoor air quality equipment. As a trusted in-home service provider, our technicians deliver a high-quality customer experience on every call.

What You’ll Do:
Work in residential homes throughout the Twin Cities metro.
Provide high level customer service with clear communication from start to finish.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, & repair HVAC equipment.
Perform preventive maintenance & warranty work.
Present findings, provide options, & educate customers to make informed decisions.
Maintain accurate documentation & complete required paperwork.
Limited emergency service work & weekend rotations.
Other duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For:
High personal integrity & a genuine desire to serve others.
Excellent customer service & communication skills.
Strong technical ability with formal HVAC education and/or 5+ years of experience.
A valid driver's license & clean driving record.
EPA certification
Competency cards for Minneapolis or St. Paul preferred but not required.
Someone who takes pride in their work, follows process, & enjoys being part of a team.
